Always at SMTP ValidationLevel

Hi there,

This is kevin. I've try the trial version of Email Validator and find a issue of validating email.

I use some real email address like kevin.zhang@hotmail.com, etc.

But when I test it, the result is always ValidationLevel.SmtpConnection. I don't know why, is it my local configuration issue?

There are some reasons for that:

- Firewall blocks that operation (likely on port 25)

- The ISP blocks the email validation operation

- The Email servers recognize your IP range as black ones.
