Bounce Inspector Query

Hi, We are using your bounce inspector product. We have recently noticed that genuine client email are being marked as "hard bounces" by the bounce inspector software. Our emails contain an opt out feature, but this unsubscribe link is being intercepted by links such as https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url= meaning Bounce inspector is tagging the client email as a hard bounce. How can we fix this?
