Can you provide explanation/definition for the reasons an email is bad, particularly Mailbox Error?

The EMail Validator works well but we are having some difficulty explaining why the email is considered bad. Can you provide explanation/definition for the reasons an email is bad, particularly Mailbox Error?

That happens when the mail server denies access or refuses the connection with an error code.
