ComponentPRO crashes time to time

Hi Everyone. We have a web application that uses ComponentPRO version 6.8.40.4155. The web server its using on is Windows 2008 R2 server with .net 4.7.2. Our web application using this DLL to print a report in PDF and sometimes the server throws below errors.
