ComponentPro.Licensing.PDF.UltimateLicense Exception error

0
Hi. I have attempted to contact support since I paid the $539 for the product, they are very unfortunately AWOL and of zero assistance. New users should expect more. However; here is the issue. I am developing in VB.net using VS2019. About two weeks ago I got the "Your license key for ComponentPro.Pdf is expired." This is why I updated the software. Despite the upgrade, following the examples, and adding the Licensekey.vb file to my application still the SAME problem. I have tried the example program and it works. I have copied the example code into my application and it has the same licensing issue. My DLL is 7.2.40.234 I am looking to the community for any other ideas because the support option is broke. Please HELP!

It seems to be a comflict within my application somewhere. I have deleted all my forms, all my globals, all extra DLLs, and anything else I can think off. Still it is the License error. I have two other, in production, applications which do not generate any error. John 12/10/2021 11:59:28 AM

hi John, It maybe problem coming from versioning. Please consider downloading the latest version of ComponentPro.Pdf from Nuget at [ComponentPro.Pdf][1], do not forget to check your dashboard for appropriate license key, if the key is expired, please renew it or use the 'trial key' and check this blog https://www.componentpro.com/blog/details/apply-license-key to understand ways to apply the license key correctly.
