How to decompress an FTP file?

I have been finding a solution to decompress an FTP file? Do you have any sample code to do that?

Dear Sir,
Unfortunately, our Zip component allows you to decompress files from a seekable stream only (a stream object that has CanSeek property returning True) , but the download stream retrieved from an FTP file is unseekable, so that you need to download the whole FTP file to your local disk and decompress it.
