Email Validator Issues



I am using the EmailValidator with proxies to validate email addresses. Some email addresses are coming back as invalid, with "Mailbox" as the message. However that same email address will work using another proxy, returnnig "Success". I am assuming that the proxy is blacklisted with this email server provider, however I wouldn't know about it because the component does not provide this information. Is there a way to get detailed responses, so that I could programatically retry with another proxy, if proxy is the issue?

Thank you for contacting us. The error information is returned by the proxy server and it varies from server to server. There is no concreate way to know if a proxy server is blocked by a mail server. You can retry to validate the email using another proxy if the first one fails.
