how to generate Service Provider metadata from ADFS v2

Hi Folks

Does anyone know of a process for generating the Service Provider metadescription information from Microsoft ADFS v2?

I looked at the post:

it looks like, from this thread, that this approach went "nowhere" in terms of generating solutions, thus my hope that someone already knows how to do this DIRECTLY from ADFS v2

PS we are a newbie into the SAML world (we understand most of the architecture basics, but want to avoid tar pits and throwing excess resources at this)
