In order to implement SSO without a session you will need to do the following: - Create a unique ID and assign it to the relay state - Store the state object corresponding to the unique ID above in DB or a shared storage. - Send your response or request with that relay state - When you get the response from your IDP or SP, extract the relay state and then lookup that info in your DB or shared storage.

  Thanks for the solution. I tried with the above steps and now My SP initiated SSO is not working getting error message ComponentPro.Saml.SamlException: 'The message is not an HTTP POST.' when calling AuthnRequest.CreateFromHttpPost(context.Request) .
