How to implement TLS1.2 to SSO?

Hello, I am new to SSO, using ComponentPro.Saml2 now. My vendor ask me to upgrade my SSO to TLS1.2. I am using ComponentPro.Saml2.SendHttpPost to SSO to their website. I can't find any setting for TLS, could you let me know how to implement TLS1.2 ? Thank you in advanced! Regards, Xin
