Our license stopped working after about 60 days....activation issue?

We checked the license and the DLLS everything in order. License was bought in August and has worked well until a week ago. Now users get an error message about expired license or old software....PLEASE can you assist. This is in the field and clients are very upset...

What does that mean? The license has been in use for over two months and just stopped working - we compared the key with the key shown on the dashboard.....is there something else we should be checking?

Hello, Please check if you have set the license key you got on your portal Dashboard correctly.

I see an answer to exact same issue as follows, and that is of absolutely no use. "Please check if you have set the license key you got on your portal Dashboard correctly." The mechanism given to set the license is in the code and it was working for several months before it stopped or marked as expired. ComponentPro team: Please help with a resolution.
