Unable to login into outlook.office365.com

We have an application using the Mail Expert for bounced mail checking. Since October 29 2022 the application is unable to log in into outlook.office365.com. The error reported in AUTHENTICATE failed (NO). We upgraded to the last version UltimateMailExpert-Pro_Standard_7.2.234.33, the same result. We also tried to connect from the mail sample application for IMAP client, the same. Could it be related to Microsoft disabling Basic Authentication? Is there a work around?
